About us

Open Sky Health Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing challenges related to drug and alcohol addiction. As a Christian initiative, we are committed to helping people not only overcome addiction but also improve their overall health and well-being through faith-based guidance and community-focused services.

Our mission is to serve as a faith-based community development organization, promoting health, education, and development in our local community. We engage in a variety of strategies that support community health, including operating a transitional housing program for those in need. Our work aligns with the principles of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and we are organized exclusively for charitable and religious purposes.

Statements of Faith

We believe in the Bible as the inspired Word of God, providing a revelation from God to humanity. It serves as the infallible guide for faith and conduct, and while it is superior to conscience and reason, it does not contradict reason. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12)

We believe in one true God, who has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent “I AM” and manifests Himself in relationship as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Mark 12:29; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19)

We believe that mankind was created in God's image, but through voluntary transgression, fell from that original state. Redemption and salvation are available only through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Genesis 1:26-31; Genesis 3:17; Romans 5:12-21)

We believe in the grace of God that brings salvation to all people through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Through the renewing of the Holy Spirit and justification by grace, individuals are made heirs of God and given the hope of eternal life. (Titus 2:11; 3:5-7; Romans 10:13-15; Luke 24:47)
